Airfare
An
e-mail is sent upon purchase
and e-ticketing containing
pertinent support telephone
numbers. If there are
problems with your purchase
(for example), an additional
e-mail is sent. You may also
call the airline just for
peace of mind or with any
meal, seat or frequent flyer
number preferences (where
applicable). Bookings are
ticketed within 2 business
hours. Electronic tickets
are issued unless otherwise
required. Shipping will be
via courier to the billing
address. Any changes or
cancellations are handled by
the airline directly and
only when permitted; most
economy class itineraries do
not allow changes or
cancellations. If you do not
show up for your booking,
you will not get a refund
unless you arrange otherwise
with the airline; this is
considered a no-show.
