Is my booking confirmed?
Your representative will confirm a purchase for you and advise you of the PNR (also called confirmation number). This is a code containing numbers and letters (eg: XYZ123).

Has my ticketing started? You will receive a 'Welcome Email', this indicates your booking has been sent for ticketing. Welcome emails are sent within 24 hours of a telephone purchase and usually within 2 hours. The welcome email will also contain ticketing timelines and support contacts.

How long till my reservation is ticketed? Tickets are processed in 2-6 hours on weekdays unless otherwise mentioned in the 'Welcome Email'.

Has it been ticketed?
You will receive a separate 'Ticketed' email (after the Welcome email) stating your booking has been electronically or paper ticketed. Absent of this email, your booking not been ticketed.

Are they electronic tickets? Most tickets are electronic. If they are paper, you will receive them via mail 3 business days after ticketed.

Changes? Before departure, contact us with the new date(s). After departure, speak with the closest airline reservations office to make a change or reply to your original confirmation email.

Schedule changes: please call the airline 72 hours before departure.

Cancellations? Bookings are non-refundable due to the restrictions and deep discount pricing we offer. We recommend changing to another date in the future. 

I forgot to take my trip / No-Show? This is a 'No-show'. Unfortunately no change or refunds can be made due to the rules imposed on us by the airlines. 

What about my meal, seat, frequent flyer number? Enter this at the time of purchase. If you've already made a purchase, please call the airline. They will ask you for your confirmation number and/or last name and can enter this information for you.
